Exciting Saturday!

Well my Saturday was very, very exciting. Mom picked me and only me to go with her and dad to run errands.

Mom dropped him off and then when went to this place where we waited in line for what seemed like the longest time. All these people just thought I was the cutest thing EVER. I mean....how can you resist this?

So we were in line for a composter. Mom said it was in celebration of Earth Day (although a little late). Where we will offers discounted composters for people to buy in order to reduce the amount of material going to the landfill. She says it is standard in Germany for people to have a special trashcan just for scraps and other compostable stuff.

It started at 8 am and when we got there 100 people were already in line. She also got one as a present for some people.

Then we went to the vet for my appointment. I got this shot that really, really hurt. Then on to the next errand- the car dealership. Mom got this "new to her" car. The people at the Honda dealership were so, so nice to me. They got me my own bowl of water while we waited and a DOGGIE biscuit.

Then dad was back. He was all dressed up and had these big things with him. Mom said we had to drop him off at the airport. I made a saddy face to him.

Look how sad I am. Dad said he had to go for work and that work is what puts kibble in my bowl (not really)- he just said he didn't to go either. Actually, I was asleep in the back seat when this all happened.

Then mom took me over to her friends house- she calls it the "Land of the Cats." I had never been there before but I was really tired. I went inside and there were all these strange things- mom started to laugh because they did not like me. They actually got all big and puffy and made this funny sound. Yikes!!!!

I came home and just passed out. I was a little sick from those shots. Mom had to becareful where she pet me.....

I was right as rain the next day....
